A Utah elementary school serving Indian students has been removed from the "in need of improvement" list under the No Child Left Behind Act.
Most of the 300 students Todd Elementary School in Uintah County are members of the Ute Tribe.
They showed a 10 percentage point improvement on an English skills test. The scores went from 85 percent with limited skills down to 75 percent.
