The holding company that oversees the subsidiaries of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation is finalizing a move to the Washington, D.C., area to be closer to the action.
ASRC Federal Holding Co. provides support services to six subsidiaries that have contracts with the federal government. Corporate executive say being near the nation's capitol will reduce overhead and promote efficiency.
ASRC reports revenues of about a $1 billion.
