A group called the Sumter North American Family Tribe is threatening lawsuit if a Florida county doesn't help them get land.
A group leader wants the land for a cultural park where pow-wows could be held. The group is seeking anywhere from 20 to 1,500 acres.
Sumter County officials said they didn't like being threatened with a lawsuit. They suggested the tribe look into reserving time at state parks for any pow-wows.
