An Indian Health Service doctor from Gallup, New Mexico, has been charged in two separate incidents for assaulting women.
Scott Storm was arrested on Monday for allegedly trying to choke his girlfriend, Rhonda Davis, and destroying her house. He told police that a former boyfriend of Davis was responsible.
Federal authorities have charged Storm for allegedly assaulting and intimidating a flight attendant on a Northwest Airlines flight in September 2003. Storm allegedly groped and grabbed the woman's body parts.
