A 17-year-old boy faces tribal and federal charges for the death of a 70-year-old man on the Menominee Reservation in Wisconsin.
The teen has been charged as an adult for battery in tribal court. The U.S. Attorney's Office is considering charges.
The teen is accused of stabbing Monroe Buddy Weso.
