A 14-year-old member of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe of Montana is being held on $1 million bond for allegedly killing a man with a baseball bat and seriously injuring another.
Prosecutors will seek to try Vincent "Vinny" Whiteman as an adult on charges of murder and attempted murder.
A February 6 incident in a town near the reservation left Wayne Evan Not Afraid, 26, dead and Floyd Daniel Grant, 25, still hospitalized.
Arrest warrants have been issued for Detrich Shoulderblade, 21, and a 13-year-old boy in connection with the incident.
