Two Indian Health Service employees are suing the agency for alleging releasing their medical records to the Turtle Mountain Chippewa Tribe of North Dakota.
The employees say the information was released without their authorization as part of an alleged narcotics investigation. A trial will start March 15 in Bismarck.
