Linwood Tall Bull is head of the tribe's Dog Soldier Society. He said caregivers need to show respect for their patients in order to get the patients to listen.
Tall Bull said people who keep emotions bottled up tend to suffer from diseases. He called them "quiet ones." He also said he observes more than 70 cultural taboos.
