Authorities on the Fort Peck Reservation in Montana laid murder and attempted murder charges for the death of a 40-year-old woman and an injured 23-year-old woman.
Robert Brien was charged in tribal court for allegedly killing Francine DeCouteau, who died from a gunshot to the head. The other victim was also shot.
