Chief accused of cheating First Nation on oil deal

The chief of the Carry the Kettle First Nation in Saskatchewan is accused of cheating the band out of millions in oil royalties.

Chief Barry Kennedy and other leaders signed a $6 million (Canadian) deal for and oil and gas project on treaty land. But band members say the First Nation has been offered $16 million for the rights to drill.

Some want more financial information from Kennedy and some want him to resign.
