First Nations activists have resumed a decade-long protest at the Sun Peaks Resort in British Columbia.
The activists say the land where the resort sits belongs to tribes. They want the B.C. government to negotiate a land claim.
The protesters were previously ordered to stay away from the resort. But the injunction expired in June and a small group has returned. The government served a trespass notice on their camp on Monday.
