With diabetes at epidemic rates among American Indians and Alaska Natives, a new program seeks to reverse the trend.
Through "Just Move It," the Indian Health Service hopes to improve physical activity among 1 million Natives Americans. The program has already started in New Mexico and Alaska.
According to the American Diabetes Association, 14.5 percent of IHS patients have diabetes.
