The Chippewa Cree Tribe's decision to restart the reservation's 4-H club has paid off.
The Mi-Wah-Si-N 4-H Club was idle for more than 20 years. Tribal leaders brought it back to life in 2002.
The program currently has enrolled 65 kids. The club's activities keep them away from drugs and other risky behaviors and prepare them for high school and college.
