Tribalnation.com said it wants to provide information to tribal employees on how to start a union. The group's founder says labor unions are interested in the casino.
The National Labor Relations Board, overturning 30 years of precedent, last month said federal labor laws apply to tribal enterprises, like casinos, when they impact non-Indians.
