Representatives of the Yurok, Hoopa, Karuk and Klamath tribes will travel to Scotland this month to pressure a Scottish company to help fish preservation efforts in California.
Scottish Power is the parent company of PacifiCorp, which operates dams in the Klamath Basin. The tribes want the dams to include fish passages.
Also joining the tribes will be the Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermens Associations and Friends of the River.
