Two Native organizations have endorsed the Liberal party in the upcoming federal election, saying the party includes them while the Conservatives have ignored them.
The Manitoba Metis Federation and the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs praised the Liberals' stance on Aboriginal issues. They say the Conservatives don't have a policy on Natives and point out that party's national campaign chair, Tom Flanagan, wrote an anti-Native book called "First Nations? Second Thoughts."
