The federal government is offering 90-day amnesty for the return of tribal artifacts in four states.
Tribes in Arizona, Colorado, Utah and New Mexico teamed with federal prosecutors to announce the program yesterday. Tribes said some of the missing items are needed for religious ceremonies.
