Assistant secretary Dave Anderson and Special Trustee Ross Swimmer are scheduled to testify on the reorganization of the Bureau of Indian Affairs and expansion of the Office of Special Trustee at a House Resources Committee hearing tomorrow.
Also scheduled to testify are Harold Frazier, chairman of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe of South Dakota and chairman of the Great Plains Tribal Chairman's Association; Keller George, president of the United South and Eastern Tribes; Jim Gray, chief of the Osage Nation of Oklahoma; and Melanie Benjamin, chief executive of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe of Minnesota.
