The Seneca Nation of New York has dropped its lawsuit against the state's ban on Internet tobacco sales, the Associated Press reports.
President Ricky Armstrong said the tribe will challenge the ban in another way but didn't explain.
The suit had been filed in federal court. Two Seneca business owners who were part of the challenge were also dropped.
