Members of the Tulalip Tribes of Washington filed a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency to halt development of an outlet mall on the reservation.
The tribe has began construction of the mall on 47 acres of tribal land. But
Concerned Citizens for Tribal Rights says the project needs a more thorough environmental review before being allowed to move forward.
The mall is located near the tribe's casino.
