The chairman and three council members of the Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians of California are being accused of abuse of power.
According to The Oakland Tribune, 27 tribal member have signed a petition against chairman Don Arnold and the others. A meeting was held on Saturday during which one tribal member said the four were voted out of office. But Arnold has called another meeting this Sunday.
Tribal leaders recently signed a development deal for a casino.
