The Keweenaw Bay Indian Community in Michigan is being asked to host the Vietnam Memorial Moving Wall.
The exhibit last stopped in the area over the 2002 Labor Day holiday. John Devott, the maintainer of the moving exhibit, wants to return because he said the area is one of the most beautiful.
Tribal officials are supporting the request and are working to find space in the tribe's industrial park.
