In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.) The Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians (OST) announces a request for public comment from Indian Tribes concerning the renewal of Information Collection authorization. We will be submitting a request to the Office of Management and Budget to extend authorization for OMB Control Nos. 1035–0001, 1035–0002, and 1035–0003. The information collection allows us to collect documents associated with tribes withdrawing their funds held in trust and applying for technical assistance to withdraw funds under 25 CFR 1200.
