COVID-19 in Indian Country
“The pandemic has put a spotlight on the digital divide in this country," said Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Arizona).

Arizona senior Senator Kyrsten Sinema urged Congressional leaders to include increased resources for water and sanitation projects for Tribal communities in future coronavirus relief legislation.
Senator Kyrsten Sinema hosted a call with Tribal leaders from the Inter-Tribal Council of Arizona to discuss the impact of the coronavirus outbreak in tribal communities and the need for the federal government to work with Tribes to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
