COVID-19 in Indian Country

The St. Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Emergency Operations Center and Health Services reported one new case of COVID-19 on August 30, 2021, making nine total active cases under tribal jurisdiction.

With only 46.9% of eligible individuals vaccinated, the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe has decided to use federal dollars to fund incentives for community members to get their COVID-19 dose.
