About 15 people gathered on a cliff overlooking the Badlands of South Dakota on October 18, 2019, on the first day of the Whiteclay Leadership Summit. They talked about the future of Whiteclay, a Nebraska town on the border of the Pine Ridge Reservation where four beer stores once sold 4 million cans of beer a year primarily to residents of the dry reservation.
