'I've never been prouder to be a Narragansett'

Anyone who has attended meetings of the National Congress of American Indians knows Randy Noka speaks with passion about Indian issues. These days, he's getting a bit more recognition -- as one of the Narragansett tribal members arrested during last week's raid of the tribe's smoke shop. "I've never been prouder to be a Narragansett," he said of the incident. Noka is the first councilman for the tribe.
