NCAI First Vice President Aaron Payment, Chairperson of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, provides opening remarks, followed by an invocation from NCAI Area Vice President Tina Abrams, a council member from the Seneca Nation.
Following the State of Indian Nations, Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska), the vice chair of the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs, provided a response from a Congressional point of view.
