A Whistleblower 'tweets' loud and clear

Donald J. Trump believed he had beaten the rap about collusion with the Russians after his Attorney General Bill Barr poo-pooed the Mueller Report as lacking the proof. Instead of using this close call as a warning Trump instead took it as a sign of invincibility. He believed he was now above the law.

Trump is smart like a fox. He has managed to place key individuals into jobs where he knew he would need protection. Whenever he is threatened, his handpicked protectors immediately come to his defense.

And then a whistleblower appeared, a person it appears who was a member of the CIA and who had talked with many of Trump’s White House staff who found that Trump’s phone calls to the newly elected Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky were so over the top that the only solution to stopping Trump was to become a whistleblower and try to get the complaint to the House Intelligence Committee.

The allegation was that Trump used veiled threats on Zelensky in order to coerce him and his government into digging up dirt on Joe Biden and his son. Trump apparently felt that Biden was his biggest threat to unseat him in the 2020 election. He did not learn that using a foreign country to attack the Democratic system in America was a very big no-no.

Nancy Pelosi began to get immediate calls and visits from the Democrats serving in Congress. Many had been sitting on the fence when it came to impeaching Trump, but this latest blatant abuse of power was a bit too much. Pelosi then made an announcement of an official inquiry towards impeachment against Trump.

She advised all six committees already investigating suspected criminal activities by Trump to continue with their investigations with hopes of consolidating all of the investigations under one umbrella if the inquiry produced enough evidence to proceed with an actual impeachment.
