The Frank LaMere Native American Presidential Forum took place over two days this week in Sioux City, Iowa, in the homelands of the Omaha, Ponca and Winnebago tribes.

The final afternoon of the historic event featured presentations from five Democratic candidates for president. From John Delaney's promise to help Indian Country with his $2 trillion infrastructure plan and Kamala Harris being asked about her past opposition to tribal land-into-trust applications, to Julián Castro's call to improve Indian housing and Bill de Blasio's pledge to help free Leonard Peltier, wrapping up with Bernie Sanders and his support for the Remove the Stain Act, here's what you might have missed.
