Four Directions: Frank LaMere Native American Presidential Forum 2019 Day 2

Day 2: Tune into the Frank LaMere Native American Presidential Forum

It's time for the second day of the Frank LaMere Native American Presidential Forum is finally here! The historic 2020 event is wrapping up on Tuesday in Sioux City, Iowa, in the homelands of several tribes and a crossroads for Indian nations throughout the region.

On Monday, three candidates addressed the forum, held at the Orpheum Theater at 528 Pierce Street. For those elsewhere in Indian Country, a webcast is available from Four Directions, a Native advocacy organization and one of the hosts of the forum, at vimeo.com/fourdirectionsvote.

Indianz.Com is reporting from the event and we will also be following along with the livestream on Twitter @indianz. Use the hashtags #NativeForum, #NativeVote and #NativeVote2020 to join in on social media.

The official social media toolkit for the forum also suggests the following social media tags: #Decolonize #RoadToOneMillion #BallotAccess #SheRepresents #SHIFT #NativeCongress #VotingSince1948 #NativeVotesCount.

Leo Yankton, co-host of the Indianz.Com podcast, also plans to broadcast live on Facebook. Check out his page at facebook.com/leo.yankton for the video.
