Sen. John Hoeven (R-North Dakota) said Trump administration was told about hearing a month ago yet Interior Department and Justice Department were unprepared. "The testimony needs to be in on a timely basis," said Hoeven, the chairman of the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs.
