The Ysleta del Sur Pueblo, also known as the Tigua Tribe, has launched its own line of wines.

Tigua Inc., the tribe's economic development corporation, partnered with a winery in California to produce a dry chardonnay, an oaked chardonnay and a cabernet sauvignon, El Paso Inc reported. The wines were each given names in the Tigua language.

“We continue to look for ways to diversify the Tigua business,” Tigua Inc. CEO John Baily told El Paso Inc.

The tribe is selling the wines at its smoke shop and is marketing them to other tribes in the area.
