The Yurok Tribe of California installed a new chairman and new vice chairman on Monday. James Dunlap won the tribe's top post in an election on November 10. He defeated incumbent Thomas P. O'Rourke, Sr., with 60 percent of the vote. David L. Gensaw, Sr., defeated incumbent Susan Masten for the vice chair position. He had nearly 57 percent of the vote.
