The Ute Tribe is expected to file charges in connection with a fatal shooting on the Uintah and Ouray Reservation in Utah. Federal authorities believe Tyrell Sowsonicut, 18, shot Sean Lawrence Checora, 20, on June 14, The Deseret News reports. Checora's death was considered a homicide but the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Federal Bureau of Investigation say the incident appears to have been an accident. "There is no danger to the community," FBI spokesman Todd Palmer told the paper.
