The Muscogee Nation of announced plans for a $22 million entertainment venue at the Riverwalk Crossing in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The facility will offer a high-tech virtual golf experience, family-oriented games, restaurants, a sports bar, party rooms and corporate space. It's due to open in 18 months. "There will be nothing like it within a 250-mile radius of Tulsa," Chief George Tiger said at a press conference this morning, The Tulsa World reported. The tribe purchased the property on the west bank of the Arkansas River for $11.5 million in April 2012. The site used to be a popular entertainment and retail draw but most tenants left and the property went into foreclosure. The tribe has said it will ask the Bureau of Indian Affairs to place the property in trust. Get the Story:
