A former information security officer at the Indian Health Service was convicted on child pornography charges.

Timothy DeFoggi, 56, was found guilty of engaging in a child exploitation enterprise, conspiracy to advertise and distribute child pornography and accessing a computer with intent to view child pornography, the Department of Justice said in a press release.

DeFoggi worked at the IHS from 2008 through March 2012, Business Insider reported. He then worked at the Department of Health and Human Services until January 2014.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat child sexual exploitation and child abuse, DOJ said.

Sentencing is set for November 7.
