Cowlitz Tribe pays $1.4M for building to be used as medical office

The Cowlitz Tribe paid $1.4 million for an office building in Vancouver, Washington.

The tribe will use the 13,700 square-foot 78th Street Building for its mental health division, according to the real estate company that handled the sale. The property sits on 1.3 acres.

“The 78th Street Building is an exceptional property and location," NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson Vice President Tamara Fulle said in a press release. "Its purchase highlights the trend to repurpose existing space to fit user needs.”
