Billy Frank to be laid to rest at Chief Leschi Cemetery on Sunday

Funeral services have been scheduled for the late Billy Frank Jr..

Frank will be buried at Chief Leschi Cemetery at 10am on Sunday. A dinner will follow at the Squaxin Island Tribe event center.

Frank was a member of the Nisqually Tribe. He died on Monday at the age of 83 and spent his life fighting for treaty rights and salmon.
