Chairman Ed Delgado of the
Oneida Nation of Wisconsin will remain in office.
Delgado was accused of mishandling tribal resources. But the tribe's highest court said there insufficient grounds to remove him, The Green Bay Press-Gazette reported.
The decision puts an end to the removal effort started by Brian Doxtator. There are no further appeals within the tribal court system, his attorney told the paper.
