About 40 homes on the
Spirit Lake Nation
in North Dakota went without water due to frozen pipes.
According to news reports, water lines are freezing due to a deep frost. The winter has been especially harsh on the reservation.
The
American Red Cross
sent 75 cases of water to the reservation to help out.
