Navajo Nation to convert detox center into treatment facility
The Navajo Nation plans to convert a detoxification center into a substance abuse treatment center.
The Gallup Detox Center will serve as a outpatient and residential treatment facility. The goal is to prevent repeat visits, the clinical director said.
The tribe took over the Gallup Detox Center last year.
