Wednesday, February 12, 2014
The Passamaquoddy Tribe at
Pleasant Point in Maine is working to improve the quality of water on the reservation.
The tribe is seeking a permit from the state to find a new water source.
The tribe would then sell the water to the Passamaquoddy Water District, which provides service on the reservation.
Last year, the tribe conducted tests on the district's water and found contamination.
