YouTube: Fiscal explica orden de captura contra Rubén Quesnel
The former director of the National Indigenous Institute in Paraguay has been accused of stealing $700,000 in government funds that were to be used for a poor, landless tribe. Ruben Quesnel was captured on video withdrawing the money from a bank. He has reportedly fled the area and authorities have ordered his arrest. The money was set aside for the impoverished Enxet Tribe, whose lands were stolen by a foreign rancher.
