Xusha Brown
The Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation in California has boosted a reward for information about the fatal shooting of a young tribal member. The tribe has donated $89,000 toward a $100,000 reward. Another $10,000 was offered by the parents of the 22-year-old victim, Xusha Brown, and another $1,000 comes from the San Diego County Crime Stoppers. Brown was killed in a highway shooting in May. Authorities hope the reward will lead to witnesses coming forward. Get the Story:
