The
Spirit Lake Nation and Benson County will sign a lease to bring social service workers to the tribe's reservation in North Dakota.
More than 90 percent of the county's clients live on the reservation, The Grand Forks Herald reported. So putting the workers there will improve services for everyone, officials said.
“It will bring all our eligibility workers under one roof," Tom Rime, the county's social services director, told the paper.
The county will lease space in the Dakota Tribal Industries building.
