Senate Committee on Indian Affairs postpones hearing on bills

The
Senate Indian Affairs Committee
has postponed a legislative hearing that was scheduled for tomorrow.
The committee was going to take testimony on
S. 235
, to provide for the conveyance of certain property located in Anchorage, Alaska, from the United States to the
Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium
, and
S. 920
, to allow the
Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa
in the State of Minnesota to lease or transfer certain land.
A new date for the hearing hasn't been announced.
Since the start of the 113th Congress, the committee has only held one legislative hearing. No bills have been reported out.
