The
National Museum of the American Indian launched its "Meet Native America" interview series with
Ben Shelly, the president of the
Navajo Nation.
Shelly answers questions about his role as leader of the largest federally recognized tribe in the U.S.
"My role is to lead our people and guide our government to become more efficient and focused on fulfilling the needs of the Navajo people," he says.
The series will continue with prominent Native American figures.
