Spirit Lake Nation man sentenced for urinating on BIA officer

A man from the Spirit Lake Nation of
North Dakota was sentenced to 20 months in federal prison for urinating on a Bureau of Indian Affairs corrections officer.
Gavin Leesen Little, 26, pleaded guilty to assaulting a federal officer.
He admitted that he urinated on the officer in August 2012.
Little was also sentenced to 14 months, to be served concurrently with the 20 months, because the incident violated conditions of his supervised release.
