Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes attorney charged for child porn

The attorney general for one faction of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Jeremy Oliver, a member of the Chickasaw Nation, allegedly offered to reduce a client’s fees in exchange for nude photographs or sexual favors from the client or the client's minor daughters. Authorities say he sent a pornographic message to the client along with the request.

A search of Oliver's home found several pounds of marijuana and several hundred nude photographs, The Native American Times reported. “From evidence at the residence, there is a real possibility that there may be other victims,” the Garvin County sheriff told the paper.

Oliver faces charges of using technology to solicit sexual conduct with a minor, publishing and distributing obscene material and possession of a controlled substance.
